All the children are cared for by cheerful, motivated people, and this is partly because Blueberry’s managers work hard to ensure that a happy and relaxed atmosphere is maintained. Blueberry's ethos means that we adopt an open approach, encouraging staff to discuss their views and offer ideas for change.

Blueberry's managers ensure that our staff are well-supported throughout the day. The extra personnel help to prevent employee shortages, so the nursery very rarely requires the use of agency staff to cover any absences. This continuity of staff helps us to maintain our high standards.

All Blueberry's staff are qualified to a minimum standard of Level 3, while many are graduates who hold a relevant teaching or childhood studies degree. Practitioners and teachers work together to create a specialist group of dedicated individuals who are intelligent, imaginative and motivated.
